DVLA postal application
I sent off my NI driving license over 3 weeks ago to apply for a GB license with my passport and sent by royal mail special delivery. I have still not received my passport back or my new driving license.
I can't get ahold of the DVLA to find out of they've received it, and my royal mail special delivery receipt does not contain a tracking number.
I'm not sure what to do next.
Has anyone else been experiencing long delays for their ID to be returned?

Yes. DVLA aren't processing anything by post at the moment, unless you're a keyworker or HGV driver0
