Good morning,
My mum has had an email 'confirming' her order of a £200 projector from SimpleBe being delivered to an address miles away we've never heard of. She's logged into her account and the order is there so the email is "legitimate". There appears to be no way to cancel the order on SimpleBe website and it certainly was not placed by her. The fraudsters have not paid for the projector and it looks like it's on credit. The phone lines are all closed due to Corona Virus. She has emailed them on their website and at "investigations@jdwilliams.co.uk". She has changed her password. What else should I be doing next?

Contrary to what it says on their website the phone lines were open. The woman was very helpful and said someone was already looking into it so they must be coping very well with the volume of emails being received given my mum only sent it 20 minutes ago. They've put a stop on the order but the fraud department are closed until Tuesday at which time, they'll investigate further. We've informed the police too. Next thing I guess is to check credit report and as zx81 says change passwords elsewhere!0
