How to use artificial hanging plants sold without a pot?

Some artificial hanging plants are sold like this:

I bought some similar ones (not the one above) and I have no clue how to use them. I know in some cases you can probably stick the stem somewhere, but in other cases there's just nowhere to stick the stem into.
Are there special pots out there where you can "plant" the stem of the artificial plant into?
