Confusion

Options
So around 4 weeks ago I had a notification on my Capital One account saying I needed to pay £27.10 as my account was now over the limit but my account was only £6 over? I tried checking my transactions to see what the £27.10 was for but there was an error and they would not load until I paid the money. The week after I put £70 back onto the card which put my account in positive and the £27.10 notification disappeared but I’m now been into overdraft on my debit card because the £27.10 has been credited again??

Any ideas and what this might be?? The monthly DD to pay it back is only set to £15 so I can’t be that?

You'll only know by checking the statement or your transactions.
I also doubt that Capital One would freeze your online access in the way you describe.

If you're overlimit, then a set amount DD may not have been sufficient, hence the higher requested payment.
