Vanquis bank asked for more proof of income?

Around 45 days ago I applied for vanquis credit card online and I have been approved and my credit limit is £1000 card and pin arrived and then tried to activate the card but what I see, they ask me to call customer service to confirm my income then they need 3 month of bank statement and three payslips with my Driving Leinces I sent them by post after 4 days they rang me which is they need 3 payslips because I sent them 1 payslip because this is my first job in UK and working full time, and they send me text message ((Hi , I'm sorry you But we do require 3x original wage slips. If you are unable to provide these, we can accept an original employment letter on company headed paper. Thank you, Chloe.)) So i sent my P60 letter instead of 2 payslips, please if someone advice me dose P60 is working for this?? Because I only have this letter form my employer, and the letter wrote all my employer details like company register and address and reference which is confirm my income as well.
Thanks.

You need to provide the documentation that have asked, not what you think is best

They asked for a letter - you haven't sent it - so no - it is not enough. You have to send them what they ask for - not what you think they need. A p60 doesn't show you are currently employed - it's a historical document. A letter from your company to say 'Person X is currently employed by ABC limited' is very different. So expect a reply to say you've not sent them what they've asked for.

Well no otherwise they would have asked “please send us a copy of your p60”.

Are you sure you want a credit card and can use it sensibly if you can’t even follow the post-application instructions correctly!?

Thanks for your reply, but if P60 is not enough can you please tell me what's the best letter for that because I'm not understand it, shall I tell my employer to write a letter that I'm working for him?
