We have 6 theatre tickets to see Phantom on 1st May. It has been cancelled but we are only being offered a future performance or credit voucher from ATG tickets. I want a refund. How do I go about it?

You might not get "what you want".
If you can't make the new date of the performance your quickest option will be to sell your ticket on to someone that can.
If you still want a refund you may be able to get it (less booking, delivery etc fees) but you will probably need to wait until after the performance has happened for this to be processed. I expect long delays for these to be processed.
It might be quicker to accept a credit voucher or tickets to a performance at a later date, after everyone's lives resume.0
