following refunds on credit card from holidays not going ahead, I now have over 1k on credit card for me to claw back.
do I have to spend on this card for a month or so or is there some way for me to claim this back as money from the credit card company?
no idea if this is relevant but it’s a tesco credit card.

Has anyone tried reclaiming from Barclaycard cc? Their website refers to a postal address 'Freepost Barclaycard Disputes', no postcode, PO Box or city. I went to my post office but they refused to accept it based on no information on the address. I've tried phoning, tweeting, DMing but no answer. I'm reluctant to just post it in a post box seeing as my personal card details are inside. Anyone know the full disputes address or tried claiming from them under section 75?

So you have already had the £!K refund then?
Or you are wanting to start a claim to get it back, due to not getting your holiday?
You can contact them via twitter or facebook. Just post your question with No PERSONAL details, They will then contact you direct via a secure message to allow them to respond to your question.Life in the slow lane0 -
Refer your PO to the Royal Mail guidance at https://business.help.royalmail.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/747/~/freepost-name-helpdkpgal said:Has anyone tried reclaiming from Barclaycard cc? Just the approved Freepost NAME. You don't need any other address details, class indicators, licence numbers or postcodes.
