If ITV have reason to believe that an individual entrant to their competitions or prize draws has made 36 or more entries using different phone numbers from any one entry platform then the Promoter will treat this as an attempt to unfairly influence the competition or prize draw and all entries submitted by that entrant will be discounted.

The winner must be a UK resident aged 18 years or over at the time of entering the competition, and may be required to confirm proof of age and eligibility.

Each call costs £2, plus your network access charge.

Text entries costs £2 plus one standard network rate message.  If you do not want to receive SMS marketing texts about similar products and services, please add NO INFO at the end of your SMS text entry.

A single online entry costs £2 plus any standard network rate message where applicable. Paid and free entry bundles may be offered from time to time as stated on the website.

In the case of multiple entries received in an envelope or postcard, only one entry will be entered into the Prize Draw. Sufficient postage must be paid – any entries without sufficient postage will be discounted.

Car
There is one (1) prize of a BMW X5 xDrive40i M Sport B58 3.0I car (the “Car”)including first registration fee, road tax for the first year, number plates and £30 worth of fuel. The winner may choose one (1) exterior colour from either Carbon Black, Black Sapphire, Mineral White, Phytonic Blue, Artic Grey or Alpine White.

The Prize provider of the Car will use reasonable efforts to deliver the car to the winner’s home address within four (4) months of receipt of all correct and valid documentation from the winner. Such documentation includes without limitation a valid insurance cover note to register the car, a current driver’s licence and a current and valid photo ID such as a UK passport. The winner is responsible for insuring the car and all other costs associated with taking up the prize. The winner may choose to register the car in another person’s name subject to receipt of correct and valid documentation for that person.

Chewton Glen stay
There is one (1) prize of a five-night stay for the winner and up to three (3) companions (either one (1) adult and two (2) children or three (3) adults) at the Chewton Glen Hotel & Spa, New Forest, Hampshire, England (the “Hotel”). The prize includes the following:
·       Five (5) nights’ accommodation based on four (4) people sharing a Treehouse Suite;
·       A breakfast hamper each morning delivered to the Treehouse Suite for the duration of the stay;
·       £60 credit per person (“Dinner Credit”) towards an A La Carte dinner in either The Dining Room or The Kitchen at the Hotel (including tea, coffee, juice and water) for the duration of the stay;
·       One (1) bottle of champagne on arrival;
·       Full use of spa facilities; and
·       Four (4) places on one (1) of the scheduled Cookery Classes (excluding Celebrity Chef Classes). Please note that children must be aged 16 or over to attend the Cookery Classes. If the winner’s companion(s) are under 16 years old, they will be able to attend a scheduled Children Class.

Please note that the winner will need a current and valid credit/debit card with sufficient available funds in order to check in at the Hotel for security deposit purposes.

Please note that due to the developing COVID-19 situation the Hotel is currently closed. The prize must be booked and taken up within twelve (12) months of either (i) winner contact or (ii) from the date when the Hotel re-opens (whichever is later), subject to availability, excluding blackout dates as follows:
·       1 July 2020 to 31 August 2020;
·       21 December 2020 to 4 January 2021; and
·       29 March 2021 to 9 April 2021.

The winner will be responsible for paying any additional costs over and above the Dinner Credit.

Where the winner’s companion is aged under 18 years old, the companion must have prior parental or guardian permission to accompany the winner when taking up the prize. Any alcohol included in the provision of the prize will not be offered to the companion under the age of 18.
It is the responsibility of the winner to inform the prize provider of any wheelchair or similar access requirements for the winner and/or their companion when taking up the prize, and to adhere to any applicable health and safety guidelines.

The prize excludes ground transport (including but not limited to transfers to and from the Hotel, meals and drinks (other than those specified above), car hire, travel insurance, spending money and spa treatments.
