Wrong leaving date on P45

Cannot find a HMRC forum and this is the closest i can find, so please move to correct forum if its in the wrong place.
So, this is probably going to sound confusing but I'll try my best to explain.
Worked as a temp for an agency then directly transferred to permanent position at the company I now work for on the 15th March. The P45 from the agency wasn't available at this point so had to do a starter checklist.
I finally received the P45 on 8th April but the leaving date on it said 8th April even though I transferred over on the 15th March. (Contract states start date was 15th March) I understand they will be unable to edit and re issue the P45
So my questions are - I wasn't employed by the agency from 15th March and because they put the wrong date, will HMRC query this as suspicious or something. Or will everything be fine?
And the agency just paid me my outstanding holiday pay so there is also an overlap in that payment and the wages I now receive from my permanent employer.
But this holiday pay has not shown up in my HMRC online tax account like all other payments have.
So an overlap in payments and an overlap on dates. Would I be facing any future issues?
Hope that made sense

The p45 date could be the last payroll run date - it's not the date you physically left employment, it's the date you were last paid through the payroll, so there will often be a time delay.1

Yeah I received outstanding holiday pay yesterday which coincides with their leaving date of the 8th April.
Thanks for the reply. I'm probably just being over cautious as dont want HRMC breathing down my neck
Thanks for the reply0 -
Does the P45 just reflect the pay received after 5 April 2020?
