I was told by Sky to telephone today to give 31 days notice to cancel as 18 months contract ends and can’t afford new costs. Due to current situation they will not accept my call. I’ve sent feed back on system and email but concerned I am now going to clock up payments each day until I do get through in however many weeks time.

What do you intend to cancel and have no BB or Phone / TV service .Contract does not end deal ends and you continue on a rolling 30 day standard contract .Or to change ISPs .If its to change then its gaining provider led .But lockdown may affect any potential new install/ service .0
