I've a finance agreement with mini and wanted to speak to them with regards to a temporary reduction in my monthly payments I am not after a full payment holiday just a little reduced amount for a couple of months I've emailed them and tried calling them but no response what else can I do without getting a bad credit mark ? Thank you

It seems mini finance will allow you to reduce your payments for a few months. Use the payment form on that page (https://www.mini.co.uk/en_GB/home/forms/payment-concerns.html) to get in touch with them but don't expect fast reply because of the number enquiries.0 -
