Garden Room repair advice

Hi all,
I have a UPVC garden room structure at the back of my lawn. It is in a disastrous state as you can see in the pictures and I have been using it as a storage room only. Given the extra time on hands this summer, I am thinking to start doing some projects which help this room to be usable for e.g. a gym or something. Room size is 12 sqm. I have collated a list of issues with the room as of now:
- No flooring in the room. Thinking to add this as a start
- Roof leaks slightly from one side
- The bricks may need pointing especially from outside (see outside picture)
- All windows/doors are in a really bad state. Will have to think a cost effective way to fix it/replace it.
- The UPVC structure from the back end is sliding a bit (see outside picture). No idea how this will be fixed or if it means the whole structure is scrap or not!
I am not sure if my DIY skill level would be able to handle everything from the list above. I was thinking to add some kind of tiling or concrete slabs to start with. I believe I would need to level the floor (not sure with what tools etc) and then add tiles/slabs with mortar.
Do you think I can do this project and get the rest of the repairs done later? Or is it advisable to repair the roof and outside structure thing first before doing any work?
Thanks. Any advice would be appreciated!

its more of a lean to greenhouse than anything else. For it to be useable it needs taking down, a new floor slab installed and then re built off the slab.
