Lost TSB Savings Account

Hi
I had a flexible savings account with TSB. It was last active in 1998, I have paperwork with the original policy number & balance.
I completed the online form on lost accounts & have had a response, the savings account was not found.
HELP! I lost my job in January so really need my money back.

If you are certain that the account should still exist, albeit in a dormant state, raise a formal complaint with TSB. Make sure you mention that you are in financial hardship (assuming that you are).

The old TSB became LloydsTSB, and when the present TSB was created the old TSB branches didn't all revert to being TSB; some of them remained as Lloyds, so the records of your old account might be with Lloyds Bank now, rather than TSB. Check the branch sort code, to find out which bank the account is with:

i have lodged complaints with both Lloyds & TSB as i believe that my former TSB Savings account is now held at Lloyds, fingers crossed that they can locate my savings. thanks agin & stay safe0
