Laura Ashley

Made an online purchase from Laura Ashley on 26th March. Part of my order was delivered broken and very poorly packaged on 1st April. I email the company now in administration. No response. Then i called and spoke to a lady and asked why they are still trading? They refused to send me another  i sent them a photo of the damaged dish. I asked to cancel my undelivered wall paper and they said they couldn't. Why are they allowed to continue trading if they are not delivering and when they do, they are are sending faulty goods?
I emailed the company taking over administration. Is there anything else i can do? Money back? Replacement goods?
