Hi I have found out about Nationwide reducing the interest rate on their Flex account but I will still get 5% for the remainder of the term (I only switched to them around 6 weeks ago). To add insult to injury I have received a letter today stating they are cutting my kid's savings account interest rate from 3% to 1% from 1st May! Just 3 weeks notice! Should I stick to Nationwide and leave their savings on 1% (1 currently has £1300 approx. and the other £1600 approx.) or is there anything else better out there that won't require me to move my current account to open a kid's savings account?
Thanks
