Broker misspelled the street name.

Hi,
Our mortgage broker left out an 's' in the street name. We received the misspelling on our mortgage offer so I rang the mortgage company up and they told us that the broker has to do a PCV and it looked as if they were aware and in the process of doing this. So just to double check I rang the broker and they assured us all was fine, they even sent a letter to the solicitors stating such.
So money/contracts exchanged, we finally moved in and now paperwork is coming to us still with the missing 's'!
We've emailed broker, tried contacting the mortgage company, we just can't reach anyone at the moment.
My main question is...will this cause us serious problems? Or can it just be rectified? We've already paid the first payment of the new mortgage. TIA

Thi is just a mis-spelling on the mortgage agreement? I can't see how it could be an issue. As long as the motgage is paid each month the lender will neither know nor care.If a problem were to arise, and anyone looked more closely, it would be immediately obvious what had happened so, again, no an issue.Even if the mis-spelling was on the Land Registry Title ot's unlikely to be a problem. Again, the combination of the Title Plan, the rest of the address, the postcode, would make it obvious which property was referred to.Relax!1

I would not worry. In fact trying to contact the lender might push it into a query queue for a human to look at further before deciding its all ok. Don't cause your own delay, do nothing unless they ask you.0
