I didn't accept the voucher because the size of our party will be larger (new baby).  The guy I spoke to was going to find out if owner would accept an additional little person.  However, despite promising to call me on 1st May he didn't call, I had told him it would be difficult to book another holiday anyway as it's 5 families and this was a one time opportunity.  So, I didn't ever formally accept the voucher and had asked for a refund (but refused their kind offer of 5% because I'd waited as they had requested to 7 days before hol and then would have been punished for a "late" cancellation!!!) So, I'm not overly worried but will be sending a formal letter requesting a refund (which I will send recorded delivery) and wanted to email the same documents as a two-pronged attack.  Did you happen to have a direct email by any chance??  Many thanks

  • Sorry no, I didn't need to email anyone.   Maybe others have?   I just got the info in 'my account'  section.   No other suggestions as to why you are not getting a refund to be honest.    I would think your claim would be successful.  Just confused as to why you have to go through this.   Let us know how you get on.
