Iceland took Money multiple times

I recently got a slot on Iceland delivery and went to pay the £84 but was told that there was a problem with my card. I thought I had maybe put in a wrong digit so did it again and got the same message so I tried with a credit card and got the same message and was advised to try the visa direct option which I then tried with 2 different cards all saying the same problem with card message so i gave up. this all occurred on a Friday so i logged on Saturday morning ans was told I had lost my slot and couldn't get another one. I was then informed by my bank on the Monday that I had gone into my overdraft and found that Iceland had 2 £84 payments pending, I then checked my credit cards and had another 3  x £ 84 payment pending there too. I cant get through to Iceland but there are messages on the complaints part of there website saying this is due to the bank, I spoke to my bank who blame Iceland so the long and the short of it is I have £420 floating around in limbo with nobody taking responsibility.  This hasn't caused me too much concern but could seriously hamper someone struggling to buy food and feed their family during this pandemic
