What do you want this investment to achieve? Do you want it to grow or perhaps provide you with a steady income? Would you be prepared to forgo an element of either of those to preserve its value to some extent? What level of volatility are you prepared to accept? Why ITs and not funds? Without providing some, any, context this is a bit like asking what food or music or clothes would you advise

Why only one trust?0

Why investment trust? unusual for a regular contribution. Plus ITs are generally for more knowledgeable investors who understand the risks. They are not for invest and forget investors who cannot research things for themselves.
