Really stuck on R40 section 3 - claiming PPI tax

I all, sorry if this has been asked a thousand times but I am really stuck on section 3 UK interest and dividends.
So the interest I have had over last financial year is from 3 sources, an ISA (£87.94) Savings account (£79.97) and the statutory interest from a PPI claim (£2936.84) the HMRC deduction for the PPI was £587.36
where do I put those figures on the online form as per headings below?
Net interest paid by banks, building societies etc, purchased life annuities and PPI payments
Tax taken off the gross interest paid by banks, building societies and purchased life annuities
Gross interest paid by banks, building societies and purchased life annuities
Many thanks

ISA interest isn't taxable. But if you choose to include it on the R40 HMRC will tax you on it.
Net interest is the statutory interest less tax deducted.
Tax is £587.36
Gross interest is £2936.84
You should have a separate box to declare the untaxed interest of £79.97.
Unless you are a low earner or higher rate taxpayer you would normally expect to get c£182 tax refund back.1 -
