Hi. My contract with a privately owned national utility ended on 20th March 2020 after 12 months. I was contracted through a large agency and paid through an umbrella company (inside IR35). Would I be able to claim the £2,500 per month as self employed. Apologies if this has been answered before.

In answer to your question, no, not least because you were not self employed.
