Debenhams - sofa delivery

I ordered a sofa from Debenhams on 22/02/2020, they confirmed on 01/04/2020 that the item had been despatched to Furdeco (their courier) and I would be contacted by them for delivery. Furdeco called on 03/04/2020 to arrange delivery on 07/04/2020. I contacted Furdeco yesterday to ask where my sofa was, they told me that Debenhams had collected all their stock on 03/04/2020 and they advised me to contact Debenhams customer services. Debenhams is only contactable via email and I've had no response. Does anyone know what is going on or what I should do?

Debenhams is about to , or is in administration.
The stock has probably been recalled by the supplier .
Start a section 75 claim on your credit card if you paid using that or speak to the finance company if you took financeEx forum ambassador
