Hi All,
I just took out insurance on my buy-to-let house yesterday and the lady I spoke to told me that we would be covered by malicious damage to the property by a tenant.
However, after getting the agreement in hand today, they state that they do not cover this. I have rung them up and now, someone else told me they do NOT cover for this.
Does anyone know if any insurance actually covers for damage by the tenants?
