On furlough can I still work for someone else

I went on furlough 27 March I was a part time bank driver min 10 hours per month.
Can i go and work temporarily for the nhs driving .
Hours not regular before and called in the day before to work then sometimes cancelled

Yes, you can do that as long as who you take your second job is not connected with your furloughed job in any way.
You should let your employer know about your second job in case they have any concerns or reasons to stop you doing that but it is allowed under the rules.0
