Paying inheritance tax and obtaining probate during lockdown

I’m due to pay a substantial first instalment of IHT at the end of April 2020, I have half the money but due to the Covid lockdown cannot raise the balance through normal avenues such as my bank as I can’t get through to anyone.... I understand the IR helpline that the IR are working with minimal staff and the probate offices are all closed, as there is no chance of obtaining a grant of probate, what should I do..?
