in Credit cards
Hi All,
Hopefully a quick question for someone. I have a credit card in my married name however my holiday invoice is in my maiden name.
If I pay some of the balance of my holiday with my credit card will this still cover me under Section 75 even though the invoice is in my maiden name?
Thanks!

If you need to make a section 75 claim, the bank will almost certainly want to see evidence that you had a contract with the holiday company - so they might well ask to see the booking details, the invoice etc.
But I can't really see that the bank could claim that the contract wasn't with you, because your maiden name is on the invoice. (Unless the maiden name makes it look like your mum or sister etc made the booking.)
