I want to purchase four items from Laura Ashley online, Wallpaper at £61.00p, Vase at £90.00p, Lamp at £90.00p and another lamp at £72.00p. Their policy is currently they won't accept any returns/refunds for any reason. My question is if I order with a debit card can I claim chargeback for any one item should it arrive broken? or can I order all items on a credit card and claim through section 75 for any one item. Not normally pessimistic but just in case........

You can't use S75 as the item value is under £100.
There is the possibility of a chargeback on either debit or credit card.Life in the slow lane0
