Credit Karma name details correction

Hello!
On my credit file (Credit Karma) report there is a "D" imbetwen my forename and surname that should not be there.
I want to raise a dispute to correct this but they asked me as proof for an email/letter from the local council confirming my full name and address, along with the dates of residency.
How do I get this? Is there some sort of email/document the local council would send to you in certain circumstances that satisfy these requirements? I suppose I can't just email the local council asking them to send me an email that satisfy the requirements exactly explaining to them that i need it for correcting my credit report file details, right?
(On Clear Score and Experian my details are correct and my credit score climbed a bit, but on Credit Karma it decreased)
Thank you!

Council tax bill?
Ignore the scores on all providers as they mean nothing in the real world2 -
I don't think I can get a council tax bill as the landlord pays it I guess (included in rent), would be no reason for me to pay it probably as it also might be a high amount.0

You should be on the Council Tax for the address that you reside at...1

Isin't the landlord doing/paying this already? If no, then how do I do this? Thanks again!0
