Hi,
I am currently on furlough from a part-time job, and due to be paid the 80% government funded salary. It took a long time to convince my employers to place me on this scheme (they claimed it was too much hassle!). Their response to the current situation, as well as a number of questionable ethical decisions over the past few months have led me to seek employment elsewhere. With this in mind, I have two questions -

With this in mind, I have two questions -
- Would I lose all/any of my furlough pay if I were to quit my job before the end of the furlough period?
- Is there a set amount of time I must return to work for after the furlough period before I can resign?
Thanks!

There's no guidance on your 2 points that I'm aware of - however it's important to note that your employer did you a favour putting you on the scheme, as they didn't have to.
If they decided they didn't want to do it, then that'd be that - I'd count your blessings that they did.0
