Are we allowed to ask why?
I might be a cynic but this has  scam or money laundering all over it unless you can advise me otherwise.

What I tend to do, with SIM cards that end up with leftover credit for various reasons is to text donate the remaining money as closely as I can to Children in Need etc.
Failing that you usually use up the little bit of remaining credit having a chat with a friend until it runs out.
