I am writing to you as the Registered Keeper of the above mentioned vehicle who has received a Penalty Charge Notice from Britannia Parking serving them a fine of £100 for using your car park for which, allegedly, they driver has not validated their stay for.
Maybe change it to this: -

It doesn't matter what my opinion is , it is Stupid if it's not done , utter stupidity and foolish not to complain , people who don't complain should be fined a thousand pounds for being stupid , don't be one of them
I would change the word Penalty to Parking and also correct the other word to Training , make your complaint correct despite their errors
Every day on here we tell people that a landowner complaint and cancellation is best , regardless , the newbies thread tells people it's the first step , yet very few people seem to do it , despite its importance0 -

The keeper has received a reply email from the premises’ commercial manager which acknowledges the complaint and confirms they have forwarded the email to the relevant team to deal with .Will keep the thread updated1
