I am writing to you as the Registered Keeper of the above mentioned vehicle who has received a Penalty Charge Notice from Britannia Parking serving them a fine of £100 for using your car park for which, allegedly, they driver has not validated their stay for. 

Maybe change it to this: -

I am writing to you as the Registered Keeper of the above mentioned vehicle who has received a Penalty Charge Notice from Britannia Parking serving them a fine of which includes a speculative invoice for £100 for using your car park for which, allegedly, they the driver has had not validated their stay for.

Britannia do not issue Penalty charge notices afaik

You would think so right ? But I have tripled checked the website and they definitely refer to this parson as “ Head of Education Traded Services “

Whoever wrote on that website also used the legal word Penalty

Clearly they have no idea what they are talking about , nor do they proof read what they write either

That’s true ! 

In your opinion , do I stand a fairly good chance at getting the charge dismissed by the landlord ? I will still send the email of course , if all looks ok to you subject to the above amendments as pointed out by Le Kirk and adding a line to confirm I will be calling the receptionist as a witness should this go to court ?

No idea , but if you don't ask you don't get , it's that simple

It doesn't matter what my opinion is , it is Stupid if it's not done , utter stupidity and foolish not to complain , people who don't complain should be fined a thousand pounds for being stupid , don't be one of them

I would change the word Penalty to Parking and also correct the other word to Training , make your complaint correct despite their errors

Every day on here we tell people that a landowner complaint and cancellation is best , regardless , the newbies thread tells people it's the first step , yet very few people seem to do it , despite its importance

Rephrase that. At the moment it looks like the recipient of the letter is the RK.
Maybe:
As the Registered Keeper, I am writing to you...

The keeper has received a reply email from the premises’ commercial manager which acknowledges the complaint and confirms they have forwarded the email to the relevant team to deal with .
