county court defense re parking charge

Can someone help me with the defense wording  on a county court claim form for alleged parking without a valid parking ticket, the claimant is Parking Eye,the defendant is my daughter, county court claim was issued on the 16th March 2020, an acknowledgment of service was registered on line on the 31st March 2020.   My daughter did go into the said car park but was only in there for a few minuets, 11 minutes to be exact, this is shown on the Parking Eye charge notice, she entered the car park, parked up, left the car to look  at the parking meter, realised she didn't have enough money to pay the parking charge, returned to her car & left the car park.  My daughter has had some personal issues, & lived at several different addresses, she  therefore didn't always receive Parking Eye correspondence & when she did, due to her issues, didn't think to appeal any notices, Parking Eye are now claiming £100 plus £25 court fees & £50 legal costs, total cost amounting to £175.  I have attached the court claim form as the the dates on the particulars of claim do not agree, it sates that the parking charge was issued on the 28/02/2020 but that ANPR captured the offense on the 22/02/2020, in fact the original parking charge shows my daughters car entering & leaving the car park on the 28/02/2020, bit confusing!! Sorry to be a bit long winded but I really need help in the defense wording
