IVA's and a joint bank account

Looking for some advice!
Hi I am looking for some advice as Barclays are constantly contacting me about a joint bank account I held with my former husband.
My IVA completed in February and I was told to contact the various credit agencies who held details about me, which I have done.
I also contacted Barclays about this account, which has an overdraft of over £2000. I have had no access to this account for the past 13+ years, and in fact only know the last digits of the account.
This is a bank account I held along with others jointly with my former husband. As part of our divorce settlement he was required to remove my name from all bank accounts, unfortunately he appears to have not removed my name from this account.
I have spoken to the IVA company about this on previous occasions and they have assured me that I am not responsible for this debt, as it formed part of my IVA. I have been to the bank on various occasions and they refuse to remove my name from this account even though my ex-husband has remarried several years ago.
This account is still on my credit file also, which is frustrating as it is nothing to do with me and I had no idea it was kept open after our divorce in 2009.
Can someone please help as I am worried because he is not paying and it is over the agreed limit which I believe will affect my already damaged credit rating.
Many thanks,
Karen
