Safe and strong aerosol contact adhesive to use indoors

I have an application which is to affix M20 soundproofing mat (20mm thick, made from recycled car tyres, approx 16kg m2) to a concrete block wall with plaster over (not plasterboard) and finished in emulsion. Later, acoustic plasterboard sheet will be affixed to the M20 and with adhesive and secured with hammer fix. The wall has been washed down and is smooth (silk finish emulsion, lightly flatted).
I purchased some Web Tack adhesive in 500ml aerosols to fix the M20 mat to the wall. However, when reading the material safety sheet it appears that I need specific protective equipment (which I do not have) due to dichloromethane content. The supplier advised that the P3 mask I have is not sufficient protection indoors and since the solvent is heavier than air it will pool at ground level. The work site is indoors (ground floor) with ventilation only via adjacent rooms (which have both external doors and windows).
I'm looking for an alternative and found Everbuild Stick 2 Spray Contact Adhesive (aerosol) which appears to be less toxic. Does anyone have experience with this and/or can recommend a suitable alternative? I will need at least a few minutes time to spray the adhesive on the vertical wall and M20 mat on the floor, and it would be good to have a few mins when the adhesive is ready before affixing the M20 to the wall.
