Are you saying that the ticket was placed on the dashboard on the passenger side and can confidently confirm that in a Witness Statement under a Statement of Truth, then maybe the burden of proof passes to the PPC? But if it's to suggest that unless the PPC has photographed every possible window and angle and having not done so they can't prove a ticket wasn't displayed and you're off the hook, then I don't think that will fly far.colabootsgm said:

Well no further replies since my last Email to Gladstones around 4 months ago now..
I just reiterated they had not shown evidence of all windows not showing a ticket, and I would be fighting it all the way. Also saying their sign was misleading.
So unless they decide to reply again, this may be the end of it.0 -
The time limit is 6 years. Hold onto all docs. If you move, data rectification notice to the DPO of the PPC
Fail to do the latter and you might end up with a CCJ by default, which WILL cost you time and money to fix.1 -

You may have noticed that over the last few months, Gladstones have gone from incompetence to SUPER incompetence.
If they start their lark again, you continue with your questions. If they still apply their ignorance and ignore you ..... perfect for a judge1
