Got a demand from a supposed parking violation 6 years ago. It was from a company called Premier Park Exeter.

Assuming you have a question it's best asked on the dedicated parking tickets board. If it's just informing people then you've done just fine.

Was the alleged breach of contract more or less than 6 years ago? What date was the event? If it's more than 6 years then the claim is statute barred ... it doesn't mean they don't have a claim (although they actually don't), it just means they're out of time to pursue it via the courts.

So who is chasing you? DCBL? Is there a court judgment or are they just chancing their arm? Is there an actual court claim?

As mentioned above, the Parking board is the place for this.
