I made the mistake of taking up a Daily Mail offer of 30 days of papers for £1. I don’t like the online newspaper and want to cancel at the end of the 30 days but they say I have to have some membership log in from Worldpay. I’m supposed to have received an email but haven’t! I’ve emailed them twice asking for the details but no reply. What do I do? I don’t want to be paying for something I don’t want but apparently it automatically renews. I find this appalling that I can’t cancel without jumping through all these hoops. Advice please!
Thanks

A pound for 30 days of that rag is a total rip-off.  I'd rather pay more for proper toilet paper.

Check your spam folder. I wouldn't be at all surprised if your email provider has good taste and dumped the email there.

You can ring your bank (good luck) and cancel the recurring transaction with them. So long as it is before it renews.
