Looking4Parking

I booked my parking with Looking4Parking and whilst I appreciate I opted for a non-flexi booking (if I had changed my mind & needed to cancel, I was accepting of these terms). Now, however, due to the strict Government restrictions I cannot fulfil my booking (i.e flights have been cancelled) and require a refund as the carpark is currently unmanned and not operating as usual. Where do I stand, as if the Government hadn't have banned all travel I would have been utilising the car park. It appears that Looking4Parking is in a 'win win' situation over the Corona-Crisis and isn't even offering to transfer the booking to a later date. They are not courteous enough to respond to email enquiries other than the automated standard email response, they are also conveniently 'uncontactable by telephone'. Whilst I appreciate it isn't Looking4Parking's fault, it's not my fault either. I cannot be the only person in this situation. I will never use Looking4Parking again, their response on their website to Covid-19 non-flex bookings is unsympathetic and immoral. Can anybody advise a way forward?

If the car park is closed, you are entitled to a refund. You'll just have to wait until their office is open to get it.0

It is really bizarre, Companies House shows that the business is owned by Manchester Airport itself, why they are creating customers this way I do not understand, other than they lost half a million in the last accounts and maybe trying to show a profit this year.0
