Company going into administration

hi all, I'm after some advice please.
My partner works for a large multinational company which is possibly going into administration and I wanted to know what rights we have.
She is currently 17 weeks pregnant and has worked for the company for 7 years and has approx 25days annual leave , im hopeful they will offer her redundancy however as I understand, if they go onto administration its likely we will receive nothing and she will struggle to get another job due to pregnancy, and even if we did we wouldn't be entitled to maternity pay.
What benefits are we entitled too? If any? This will be our first child so I'm not sure what we're entitled too as it is. The loss of maternity money will be a sufficient hit however that's the least of our worrys at the moment.
Thanks in advance for any help.

If the company goes into administration she will be able to claim her redundancy, any unpaid wages and unpaid holiday from HMRC insolvency service. It is a scheme that protects the employee.1

99% sure that the insolvency service will pay statutory maternity pay if she's entitled to it. Could depend on when and if they go into administration and if they are insolvent/cease trading.“I could see that, if not actually disgruntled, he was far from being gruntled.” - P.G. Wodehouse0

If they do go into administration. Make sure you also put a claim in for your protective award. Look it up on here and the gov website.0
