Sky Q Remote

Hi

We have got Sky Q and when it was installed the engineer swapped everything over to the Sky remote. After he left we realised our LG magic  remote has our Amazon Prime and Netflix buttons on which we can now not access. Does anyone know how to swap it back please? Sky only taking important calls and they tell me to call back at another time

Switch the Sky Q to standby and your LG magic remote should work as normal to access Prime and Netflix. 

Netflix is available via SkyQ in any case...
