TUI contacts (Tours)

I managed to speak with TUI today after the usual 90 minute waiting in the queue. Unfortunately not the right team to deal with my refund as I need the Tours team who, according to the person I spoke to, have taken their phone number off line! The person I spoke to was really helpful and tried his best to get a response from the Tours Team Manager. Had to resort to requesting a call back for me, passing on my details.
Surprise, I'm still waiting for you Tours Team Manager, love to hear from you!!!

    You only left a message today, and its only just gone 5pm. Maybe have a bit of patience under the circumstances?
  • Maybe the letter I received from them dated 19 March confirming a refund would be given makes me feel I've waited long enough and them taking the tours phone number offline (which it clearly has been for nearly 2 weeks now) made me feel it was reasonable to expect a call back. After all BA have managed to refund me for a future dated holiday in a shorter timeframe.
  • Anyone else having trouble contacting anybody who can deal with Tui tours?
    Final balance due on 13th June but South African tours have been taken off their webpage. Been phoning their number since April and for the past two weeks number just says closed.  Other agents on Tui numbers cannot access tours. An agent emailed Tours but no reply. Just want to change my tour to next year or know if it is going to be cancelled before paying large final balance.

    You have 2 choices , not pay the balance and lose the deposit or pay the balance and protect the whole amount. When they cancel the holiday you will get a refund

  • Yes I realise that. Just annoying that there is no one to contact to discuss changing it.
