Sky going back on their agreement

I recently changed my broadband provider to Sky as I have a TV package with them and they gave me a good deal. I have now received the broadband and checking online I found that they have charged me £50 more next month and £20 per month more thereafter. I have tried to phone them but cannot get through.
By the way, I am in receipt of PIP (both elements) and live on my own and am isolating myself as per Government orders.
Anybody have any idea how I can contact Sky and sort this out otherwise I will have to cancel my direct debit and will no longer have the interent and be able to commubnicate with the outside world.
Many thanks in advance for any help you can give,

Dont cancel your DD as that may lead to further complications like Sky charging the full contract .
Do you have evidence of this deal .

Under no circumstance should you cancel your Direct Debit without first contacting Sky...
Sky are prioritising vulnerable customers so you should be able to get through if you are prepared to wait...

Do Sky know that this customer is vulnerable? If the OP isn't on the Government vulnerable persons database then Sky probably won't know.

Sky aren't privy to the NHS database, but they certainly have one of their own.

Which takes me back to the point I made ... do Sky have this customer flagged as a vulnerable person? If not then how would they even know to prioritise this customer?

Certainly they won't know if they haven't already told Sky...

I recently sent them a letter as I didn't think I would get through in a reasonable time on the phone. They called me and sorted things out.
    The address I used was

    Customer Complaints,

    Sky Subscribers Services Ltd,

    PO Box 43,

    Livingston,

    West Lothian,

    EH54 7DD
