Sky going back on their agreement

I recently changed my broadband provider to Sky as I have a TV package with them and they gave me a good deal. I have now received the broadband and checking online I found that they have charged me £50 more next month and £20 per month more thereafter. I have tried to phone them but cannot get through.
By the way, I am in receipt of PIP (both elements) and live on my own and am isolating myself as per Government orders.
Anybody have any idea how I can contact Sky and sort this out otherwise I will have to cancel my direct debit and will no longer have the interent and be able to commubnicate with the outside world.
Many thanks in advance for any help you can give,

Dont cancel your DD as that may lead to further complications like Sky charging the full contract .Do you have evidence of this deal .1

Do Sky know that this customer is vulnerable? If the OP isn't on the Government vulnerable persons database then Sky probably won't know.0
