Missed Vodafone payments after my contract ended?

Firstly, I hope everyone reading this is well and keeping safe.
WHilst we'be had moer time to check out life admin, I've been looking at my cards and finances. I've just been offered a credit card limit increase which has made me look in to my score again for the first time in a while. I noticed that I had two missed payments in two months back in December 2018 and January 2019 from Vodafone which are impacting my score (or so I assume!)
I bought out the end of my contract in October/November of 2018 and can't understand how i've managed to get those 'missed payments' when I had already finished my contract? I dont have a huge history of credit so my assumption is that these missed payments are pulling down my score quite dramatically.
Has anyone experienced this before and/or have any idea how to go about rectifying this? I've spoken to the Vodafone live chat and had a fairly good discussion, where they tacitly admitted that I had no balance on my account and it may have been an error on their part. However also, the direct debit was still active at £0 a month and had been ever since the contract ended which is showing up on my score too as 'successful payments'. Seems like a bit of a **** show!
Apologies if my jargon isn't correct, im happy have someone point out the errors haha!

I have attached a screenshot from the live chat and was wondering if anyone had any advice about what to do next, as I'm a bit stumped and don't think I can just call Experian as they're not who I use for my credit reports but are presumably Vodafone's credit checkers and have caused the issue.

Do remember your credit rating is only seen by yourself, lenders, banks see your credit history.0

Go to Vodafone’s website and fill in the complaint form. This is the only way this will get sorted. The complaint team will check the notes on your account and instruct the credit file team to amend any negative marks. All you need to say is that you’ve discussed the issue with live chat and the agent has placed notes to support this on your account.General customer services don’t know enough about UK credit file reporting as its widely misunderstood anyway, and most of the agents are based abroad.Vodafone’s complaint team will sort it. Just be direct and polite and clear in what you’re asking of them and it should be a simple fix.(I used to work in a vodafone store- lots of knowledge about processes ect)1
