Theatre shows cancelled , ATG only giving credit vouchers. Can I demand full money refund.

You can, but if they don't comply you're looking at small claims action which in the current circumstances will take months.

There's a reasonably good clue in the OP - they're one of the biggest theatre chains.

As soon as I read the op I thought TG = theatre group, A = Andrew Lloyd Webber? Don't know not a theatre person

Last time my wife and I booked tickets for an Andrew Lloyd Webber production, we bought our tickets from Lloyd Webber Theatres (LWTheatres), but that was back in 2019, and according to Auntie Google, that's still the company name he uses.

Auntie Google also says that ATG = Ambassador Theatre Group, they've got a lot of theatres across the country and not just in London.

Not sure where I heard this, or if this help has already been posted, but it worked for me to get £99 refund minus booking fee of £3.95. Cash paid back after 2 weeks. Go to wx3 atgtickets dot com forward slash cv19form3 . (first post so no links allowed) Fill in details. For My query is..choose Help with another enquiry. In the additional info section write. Dear Sir/Madam, I'm writing to request a full refund for my order (ref number) and not a cash voucher. Yours, etc.
