can someone advise me? I paid for some car insurance over the internet, and my mini statement is showing a payment went out yesterday to the insurers, and another today for the same amount but it doesnt say to who. I have queried with the bank and they cannot tell me who todays payment has gone to. Insureres say they have only taken it once, but the bank say the second may be reproccessed today and be back in my account tonight. I am totally confused, and may be left with an unathoised overdraft in another bill goes out
