Sorry new to the site so hope I'm using it correctly!
I have had a wardrobe delivered by very and it's faulty. I've tried making contact with their customer services team but they have nobody available on the phones and they've taken their email details off the website. I've been in contact with them through Facebook and they've told me they cannot deal with my query as it's via Facebook, through a private message I have been asked to continue to pay for the item, store the wardrobe and to make contact with them after the pandemic is over. They have also said they are unable to make any record on my account at this time. Can anyone offer any advice, I am at a loss as to what to do next. Many thanks

Keep a copy of that correspondence, take photos of the damage, store the item as safely as you can and wait for them to re-open their offices.

    That's all you can do.
