Dell printer problem c1765nfw

Dell c1765nfw printer not working

Hi guys,I have just tried to use my printer today and it is no longer working,on the display window it has a code that says 010-354 and beneath that 1000000

I believe it's an environment sensor error, that means nothing to me,the warranty expired in Jan 2017 I don't know how old that makes it but it wasn't used often so it's a shame,it should have had plenty of life left,it was unplugged for about 2 weeks and went to use it yesterday and I got that code,I'm so annoyed as I'm shoprt of money and don't want to buy another printer.

Has anyone else had this problem and managed to sort it?

    Cause:Environment Sensor Error

Solution: If the printer has been used continuously for a long period of time turn the power off, and check the error persistence after 30 minutes or more. If the error is still present verify that the printer is used under an environment satisfying the specification (temperature; 10-30 degrees C, humidity: 10-85%)

I also have the same problem, if anybody can help step by step it will be a great help.
    Thanks

Hi has yours just stopped working recently too,I'm thinking about buying another printer,it's not so easy to find one now though as a lot are out of stock due to all of the new home workers
I've read about the problem happening to other people but I haven't seen anyone report back that they managed to remedy the problem

Hi has yours just stopped working recently too,
If you read that poster's other posts you'll see that the poster is likely not reporting a problem they genuinely have.
