Purchased a Nilfisk Jet Washer in May 2018. Just went to use it and it has a fault. Dropped Nilfisk and email outlining the fault and asked if they had any advice?
Emailed back asking me to send them a copy of my receipt, which I did from Amazon and they are sending out a brand new unit!
Was the last thing I was expecting and top knotch service!
