Refunded cash

I have just got a refund for flights, accommodation and golf green fees, back to my credit card. Bower only a quarter of this money belongs to me. How do I get the money back to a bank account. The full amount was placed on the credit card immediately the bill came in. Now I am almost £4k in credit. Are CC companies duty bound to refund if the account is in credi.

Call (or message online, if you can) your card company and ask for it to be paid into your bank account.
