Is anyone else experiencing problems in getting a refund from Crystal Ski for a ski holiday that has been cancelled due to covid?

I too am waiting for a refund from Crystal Ski. Their email sent in March stated the refund will be processed by the end of April, if not sooner... which is more or less the same thing. So I’m just holding out until then. On their Twitter page, many people are asking about their refunds and CS are at present just commenting with generic replies, for example...“ Please do bear with us as we’re currently processing a higher number of cancelled holidays than usual. Thanks for your patience.”
” I appreciate this is frustrating and we’ll be in touch as soon as we can with further details. I’m sorry I can’t offer any further help at this time.”
Crystal Ski are part of TUI so will dealing with customers and refunds in a similar way.0
